I want to fill up the plastic cowling of my aircraft so that it'll be more crash resistant. Anyone knows where to buy Two Part Expandable Urethane Foam in singapore?

or any suggestions to fill up and reinforce the empty cowl. thanks!

art friend sells foam clay. Light modeling clay but very lightweight made of foam. Used to find it in daiso IMM but not sure if they still have it.

The expanding foam in a can will most probably melt your plastic cowl.

You might want to try to fiberglass the inside of the cowl or use fiber tape to strengthen it too,

Either of these have been attempted by myself even melting the cowl with the expanding foam. I still have a quarter can that I can pass to you to try if you like. Just send me a pm.
