    Liquid Gasket

Have anyone tried this on your nitro engine? Supposed to be a temperature stable silicon to replace your "paper" gasket. Spread on flange surface and bolt on the other side.

I use it all the time. Even on new engines, I will remove existing gaskets, and apply the RTV on the backplate and exhaust port. You will appreciate the cleaniness after that....

Not sure if the one I saw was Dow Corning, but it is a car engine used liquid gasket.

If it works on the real car engine, it'll work on the model engines...

I poured some sugar and ice while waiting for my vehicle to have engine oil change.

The mechanic gave it to me for free...

Big DIY stores like "Selfix" and "Homefix"

The best is from the automobile mechanic...

Make sure you don't use too much of the stuff. If some got squeezed into your carb or worse, engine.....it's hor say liow!
For some people it's important to show what they have, for others it's sufficient to know that they have it.

Yes, always apply "thin" but enough to seal.
