any idea what;s the different between window server 2003 and window server 2000?
i need soem information regarding it .
I think normally when Windows products are launched. It'll have indicated in the box which says "New features: blah blah blah"
Well, I think it'll have extra features like security & more customisations.
"Windows Server 2003 operating systems take the best of Windows 2000 Server technology and make it easier to deploy, manage, and use. The result: a highly productive infrastructure that helps make your network a strategic asset for your organization. As of March 28, 2005, all Windows Server 2003 operating systems ship with Windows Server Service Pack 1 (SP1). Windows Server 2003 SP1 provides enhanced security, increased reliability, and a simplified administration to help enterprise customers across all industries.

It just more security feature and other add ons that you don't find in 2000. Overall i still prefer 2000 then 2003. If you ask me to choose i will choose Sun or linux.
