okay this is what happened:

i took a packet of chicken rice chilli and wanted to threw at someone's back. he suddenly turned around and the packet of chilli hit his face and got into his eyes. den he punched me several times and den stepped on my specs. i didnt retaliate.

now i wan to sue him for compensation. wad is the success rate and ard how much will i receive?

the packet of chilli that i threw at him can be considered inflicting harm to another person. this is what the police said.

please lah, if you're in SYFC be more mature. when you threw the chilli at him you have to accept all responsibility that comes, whether or not hit his ass or eyes. are you going to say to the judge "sir not my fault the chilli landed on his face lah, he ownself turn around what". or "sir, he had no right to hit me back after i threw it at him", like what you seem to be claiming now, so you got anymore right to throw the chilli at him after he tekan you?

stop fantasizing and grow up lah. even if your parents are rich enoguh to spend money sueing ppl on such trivial matters the judge would probably ask you go home and drink baby milk. i'm ashamed that yfc got whiners like you.
