Just saw this, seems organised by Seng Kang GRC, free movie screening at field behind Chong Ghee Temple (opposite side of Punggol Field Walk), you can drive in from Rivervale Cresent.

haha...you guys are right...it rained soon after most of the cars are parked and get ready for the screening.
next the cars reverded and got off the field headed home.
