Phone line problem. Who to contact?

My home phone line(the singtel ground line) has no sound on my phone, but my broadband still working normally. Phone no sound, no dial tone, no power. All phones like that, all sockets like that.

So in this case should I be contacting people who do home phone lines or singtel?

So weird right, got internet no phone sound.

not mio. Traditional one. Broadband and phone line bill seperated, but broadband on that phone line number.

Worst part is I use h/p to call my home then the line is engaged all the time.

      Anyone got experience before?

My home, hp, internet all on singtel.

Mio will be cheaper? I think my home land line phone only like few dollars a month and $30/3months or so for the "subscription fee". My snbb only $30 a month.

wah ur hp also singtel.. then comfirm mio cheaper... somemore can upgrade phone every year w/o the $100 penalty... before i did the conversion... when my bill at the 3rd mth came was at ard 60-70+ range... think mine got the caller-id and the call-waiting all these bah... or they made it cheaper now? dun think so rite...

ya maybe its all those things that made it 60-70 range... coz every mth my hse phone abt $10 worth of calls... so changing to mio voice(nt talking about mio plan here)... is abt $20 every month with all those add-ons i mentioned earlier and UNLIMITED calls... so for me savings alr larhx... then +mio save even more... then + every year can upgrade hp...

sorry arh... i think i alr OT on ur thread...

My home no caller-id, call waiting or any other services. Just plain phone line only, probably thats why it is so much cheaper.
