atonomous UAV

hi can any one help,

i am doing a project to build an atonomous UAV (QUAD-ROTO) aircraft using micro-controlers and rc parts.

does any one out there know of any good sensors and autopiolot system that can be of good use to be. the aircraft is suppose to follow a colour strip on the ground and supose to go about the course by it self or with minimual inputs from the piolt.

please help if u can.
