Smilies not animating

Seems like I cant get the smilies animating on my IE. Anyone got solution to it? I believe its certain setting I need to do. Thanks in advance

Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and check the play animations in web pages under Multimedia...

Having posted the above, fed up and uninstall my personal firewall and everything is back to normal. Looks like I just need to install it back

Now I can see those moving similies liao
