NO.
Assuming you fall under POSBkids account, there is no min fee.
Extracted from posb website:
No fall-below fee: There is no minimum balance requirement and fall-below fee, until your child turns 21-years-old.
and now that I have answered your question,
Pay up your debt and stop looking for more excuses. If this is a worry to you, borrow money from YOUR parents to top it up. Do not even TRY to use this as an excuse to delay payment.
Btw, it is not too difficult to get the contact of your parents since we know your school, your name. I've tried it before, and the school will contact your parents on our behalf, which is even better since the school will know about your dishonesty.

I read thru all these post... and from other threads here...
My first impression is...
So young and poor.. don't even try to buy any RC "TOYS" until you earn enough by your own means...
I work in Macdonalds when I was a teen earning $1.90 per hour.. seeing that money not enough, I decide to work in the graveyard shift - wash the floor, clearing your trays, throwing all the trashes, clean the toilet for the Mac in Plaza Singapura ( then a outdoor dining ).
Nowadays kid spoilt !I'm Remotely Controlled ...
