Items arrive on Monday as per system...
Monday wait at home... system no update. Went lunch, come back 1 hr.
Check... system say.. "Deliver fail.. no reply"
Use automatic system, request deliver next time slot (next day afternoon).
Tuesday wait at home... nothing came.
Call them, say overload, so cannot deliver. Arranged to transfer to another post office.
Wednesday check... no update. item not transferred.
Thursday check... no update. item not transferred. Ring them.. they say.. very sorry, don't know why slip out. They voluntarily agree to expedite.. deliver either in evening or next morning before 1pm.
Friday 12:15.. check still no update... ring them.. very sorry, don't know why slip out. They voluntarily agree to expedite. spoke to supervisor, supervisor say will personally go find the item and ring back when located it.

Ring to collect at SingPost center.. upon reaching singpost center at appointed time.. they claim item still haven't come up.... wait 30 minutes

Wait and wait... go toilet.. door bell ring
rush out.. see delivery advice under the door.
And of course.. there are also delivery without hiccups.. but percentage like...
