HI this is what i've found out abt...
1st if you ask me to choose singnet or starhub, i rather go ffor the singnet 25 MBPS, tads fast enough...
2nd if for browsing only not DL or UL u may use starhub since it will not discconnect easily...
3rd the reason of why singnet DC v fast becuz the cable is overflowing, since it is using only telephone cables but it has a v good speed!!!
but starhub has what it called as a fat green pipe, as it is using a lower qquality cable but the cable is internet cable which makes it slower when there are many ppl using and fast when no1 is using... no mater how fast starhub is, it cant beat singnet... but starhub WILL NOT det DC....
Thats a brief thing about both of them

FYI im using STARHUB 100 MBPS and it is not as fast as singnet 25MBPS!!!!
The DL speed off starhub is arround 3mbps
singnet 3.5 standart setting and can get up to 5 or 6 with custom...
laptop or Pc doesnt matter, its how you customise your internet shaping access... its juz my little 2cen
