Can some1 post me or show me some link where i can download some avatar pls?I've been trying to locate some but image seems too big.

you can edit your pic using ms-paint, just make sure its
50 by 50 pixels or 19.5 KB or smaller.

use the stretch/skew function in ms-paint to make it to pixel size,
saved under jpg format should make the file size small.

my computer doesnt have that software.so there's no site that i can download?

Microsoft Paint that comes default with Windows can do the job.

If you are running linux, there are ample standard tools that comes with it too.

but after i reduces the size using paint n saved under jpg format, the avatar turn into a motionless pic

jpg don't animate (I think that tha word to use), gif can. you have to use a gif aditor to modified.

Anyway, if I not wrong, it is a logo for a beer or some football team in U.S.
It suppose to be a Bull/Buffalo skull with the horns.

It's the logo on Masked Rider bike. i drew it by AutoCAD then save as JPG.
