Can GWS Foam plane act as a Kite?

Hi all

This month seems like very windy. I find that it is very difficult to fly Helicopter (T-RexX) and I crash a few times today for my Hornet II. (No crash on T-RexX).

So I was wondering is it possible to use lets say, E-Starter or Whirlwind and remove all avionics and motor. Then tied a string like what u normally tie on a kite and fly it. Do u think it can fly like a kite?

dly it with electronics on as a glider loh. a kite is basically a glider with flat aerofoil that flies at super high angle of attack with the string restraining it.

yeah man.. was flying my Trex at about 1m+..
wind come, blow til almost 3m!! Can't even bring down..
Had to wait for wind to pass.. best sia..

Normal mode no neg pitch!
I knew i shld have changed my normal curve to have abit of neg pitch!
But usually murphy's law help me to land my bird leh..
