Going to USA. Any RC Shops in Alabama or nearby?

Hi guys, anyone knows of any RC shops there?

    #2
Wah bro.. In US. finding a shop is like driving all the way up from Singapore to KL.. That's unless if you're lucky enough to have landed in the right spot where the shop is located near where you'll be staying..

Otherwise.. Even the locals buy these stuff online..

Align stuff in US?? I think Taiwan cheaper, and with low shipping cost.. PM me your email address, or I think I can just SMS you the link, or I can tell you when I see you, as I don't want to end up doing subtle marketing in the forum..

Then do search for LHS around the area, then yahoo (http://maps.yahoo.com/broadband) or google earth for it. then trace the place all the way back to ur hotel. then when u reach there, hail a cab or take a bus there. backpackers travel guide maaa.......

If you're going southern or southeastern part of Alabama, you can drive down to Pensacola, Florida. There is a Hobby Lobby outlet at Downtown Pensacola. It should take abt 2 hours. Good nite spots and restaurants as well. But be aware of the state troopers, especially when entering Florida.

If memory serves me right, NASA is at Huntsville. Do a quick goodle or yahoo search on the few large hobby shops to see if they have a branch there. Else, do a search on Hobby Shops, Huntsville, Alabama... Likely it will give you some results you are looking for. Then do the street level search to see where these stores are in relation to where you will physically be staying at, or driving past.

Pensecola is on the pan handle.. so should be drivable... but then, check Huntsville first. It is a big enough city to give you possibly some good search results. Believe me, if I could find a few RC shops in Knoxville Tennessee, you should be successful in your search in Huntsville Alabama.

Most of the other members have already mentioned it. Just dont speed! No chance of let off. If you get fined at a certain county, you got to go back to the same county to pay the fine. No AXS machines, etc over there.

I think he is referring to Kennedy Space Centre in Orlando, Florida. Yes, there is a NASA centre in Huntsville, AL but I think its more to do with the space administration. Not too sure if visitors are welcomed.
