i went to this http://www.hlk-model.com when i was there last year.
its about 30mins by taxi from central of beijing city.

Its located in a high rise building apartment, not shop front type. u can call them before dropping by. Mostly nitro stuff when i last visited. A few odd electrics like lama, trex, world model's planes. Maybe they have more now.
