Need help on rollerblades

Want to get a pair of rollerblades.How does the sizes fits in reference to our normal footwear?I mean I have not try out at sports stores but I just would like to know from the picture link below...what does the sizes refer to? The rollerblade padding(soft shoes inside or the rollerblade exterior shell?) ..THANKS!

for soft boot, as general, the size is the same as ur normal shoe..
but you should try first if it fit, coz inline skating boot is bit tricky..

for general rules.. ur skating shoe should have 1/2 inch or 1 inch clearance infront of ur toe when u standing up.
diff brand have diff size.. for eg.. im wearing size UK 8.5/ US 9.5 normal shoe ..
for my first skating shoe of oxygen brand.. size US10 is too snug. but K2 brand of size US9.5 give me nicely fit..
