[URGENT] Need Help with DJI Phantom 2

Hi,

I have this issue with my DJI Phantom 2.
The quad will stop holding height and start dropping even I hold the throttle / never pull down the throttle.

how can I solve this issue ?

What mode are you in? (GPS, Atti, Manual)

the phantom doesn't drop when it was hovering when I flied it with the DJI app (pre set the flight path)

What do you mean by "the quad will stop holding heigh and start dropping" ?

Do you mean

1) Quad falls out of the sky and hits the ground
2) Quad just descends slowly from the altitude you just set it at, and holds altitude after 1-2 feet
3) Quad descends slowly from the altitude you set it at, and keeps descending

For 1) & 3) - Can't really help you there, might want to check with an authorised reseller

For 2) - If you're in GPS mode, its normal for the quad to keep its position within the advertised limitations of vertical = 0.8m , horizontal = 2.5m

If you're in attitude mode, the quad needs to be constantly adjusted for altitude and horizontal position
