Any Video/Photo Taking on drones require licence?

I did a test on CAAS site and released everywhere you pick on the lsland needs a licence to fly (for video recording). Am I right? So that means everyone flying with a camera on the drone is breaking the law unless we apply for permit?

Even the Parrot/China made or Hubsan/Ladybird micro drones with cameras need a permit?

This kind of hobby is a trend / fashion thing lah.
If you can endure and ignore it for 1 to 2 years, everything will be over and these drone video fever will be over in a blink of an eye.
What's left and sustained is still again, the "traditional" driving, flying etc.

First it began as cheap light weight cameras on-board, then came those higher resolution gadget such as GoPro on drones, then it goes into DSLR videography. Not forgetting FPV who began to fly with video feeds as it developed.
Eventually the hobbist will start to get bored over these, and what is left is, again, left to the professional videography companies or individuals who makes $$ out of it.

Just like each and everyone who purchased their expensive toy, device or a $100,000 new car will tell himself "I will not change or buy another one to replace this".. eventually gave excuses to buy another one anyway.

          Haha

Ya.. I think you guys flying 3D heli sure don't get poisoned by any other lower adrenaline stuffs... because 3D heli is extreme already.
One reason is you can't really put a camera on a 3D heli... technically yes, but.. what you want to see ? Sky,Grass,Sky,Grass, spinning sky, spinning grass, all in a blur .. LOL
