Auto Switch to Failsafe Mode when I dont touch my transmitter??

    Hi Bros,

I experienced a strange case and not sure if its a defect in my drone or a safe feature of NAZA.

    Setup details:
    DJI F450
    NAZA M V1 with GPS
    Spektrum DX7S Transmitter
    Spektrum AR8000 Receiver

Basically if I arm the motors / fly and hover in GPS Mode (50% throttle), after about 1 minute I will see my NAZA LED Flash from green to fast orange blink (failsafe mode).
    - The moment I touch any of the controls, or switch between GPS mode and Failsafe mode, the LED turns back green indicating GPS Mode.
    - If I dont do anything when seeing the orange blinking LED, it initiates failsafe mode by throttling up itself.

Hence I want to know if there is a safety feature in NAZA whereby it automatically activate failsafe mode when detecting no control changes from my transmitter.

Yes there is I think. Its a safety feature called 'Advanced Receiver Protection' failsafe.

But again, it has not happened to me before as I rarely use GPS or leave it idle long enough to send it into this mode.

      Hi Elmosan,

Thanks for your reply, I think that must be the cause of this auto failsafe.
      Will disable it
