SINGAPORE: A fire broke out at a factory in Tuas on Sunday (Jan 4) afternoon. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the fire at 23 Tuas View Circuit at 2.42pm.

SCDF said it has dispatched three fire engines, one Red Rhino and five supporting vehicles. Two foam jets were used to extinguish the fire, which covered an area of about five metres by two metres. No injuries were reported.

SCDF added that the cause of the fire is under investigation. No details were given about the factory.

Hi all. CNA didnt actually get a drone.. We were all actually flying at Tuas South Ave 7 when we noticed black smoke near the factory area.. So one of the fellow flyer went drove over to get a closer look and catch the footage in real-time..

Mediacorp does have their own Phantom Vision + which the CNA team used for their documentary and news. There's an upcoming war docudrama which uses it.
