Problems with my 4 motors speed

Hi guys, i'm a newbie for quadcopter, i need help on my 4 Multistar 1704 Motors, HK MultiWii Pro w/MTK GPS with FPV250 Quad frame.

When i tried to throttle up, the speed from front_left & rear_right are the same (example 1500 for mid throttle) and from front_right and rear_left are the same (example 1200 for mid throttle) seeing from MultiWii GUI.

What is wrong with it? am i setting it up wrongly? it should have roughly the same speed for all 4 motors right?

Can anyone help me and guide me thru?

posting an answer in case the next guy comes across the same problem. you need to do ESC calibration. A simple google search would show you how to do so very easily
