This is basically a clone of the Open Source ArduPilot Mega project, most popularly known as APM. Google on the following search terms, it's one of the best flight controllers on the market but requires a fair bit of tweaking.

Thanks Kean for the info. Will be getting one in near future to try out on a quad. I've seen a number of videos on Ardupilot, not very difficult to setup just need sometime to understand the various settings and its functions.
