IDA framework or radio frequencies

Recently i found this document from the IDA regarding radio bandwidth.

It seems to say that our 2.4ghz and 5 ghz systems can operate "license free". Are there any pros out there who can help us digest this document?

I'm not pro but....Yes, provided your equipment is also IDA approved.

Your product must be IDA approved. No license needed, only dealers (people who sell the product) must apply and submit the product for IDA approval
