Looking for experts advice on Bumble Bee Quad setup

    hi all,

I am a newbie and recently got myself a Bumble Bee Quad with minimal set up.

    1) Bumblebee Carbon Fiber Quadcopter Frame 550mm
    2) Hobbyking SS Series 25-30A ESC (card programmable)
    3) Turnigy nano-tech 3300mah 3S 25~50C Lipo Pack
    4) Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 2) (v2 Firmware)

From the looks of it, the ESC does not really compatible with the setup and the I am missing some core parts.
Appreciate if any advise for all experts out there on the setup and what to order to complete the copter.

BTW, ordered these items from hobbyking.

    Thank you in advance.

      Grizzly7,

I'm no expert but looks like your ESC's should work fine with the quad.
According to the info on the site you got it from, it says

      Required:
1 x H****k**g multi-rotor control board (You are missing this)
      4 x 20~30A ESC (Yours is 25 - 30A so should be fine.)
3S 2200~3300mAh lipoly battery (You have a 3000 pack, looks good)
4CH transmitter and receiver (Yep you have this)

So looks like you only need a control board. I'm not sure if you require THEIR BRAND of control board or if you can use other brands.. should not be an issue to use other brands but you might need to do some research on that.

So you can Just buy one of their brand of control board or you can go with another product which costs more, like DJI Naza-M (The M is for multirotors like your quadcopter - they have 3 versions out there)
Good news with Naza tho, is that they just released their budget Naza-M Lite which costs around 100ish USD.

I'm a newbie too and I use Naza with great success.
Good Luck and don't shoot the newbie if I made any errors here! :P
