    Quad flight time

    Dear bros,
I am getting 7mins hover / sports timing before alarm sounds at 3.75V per cell. My setup as follows:

Whats your AUW? I think 7 mins for a 2 x 2200 is kinda short...

Battery expert also doesn't know the answer? LOL.

What's with the sarcasm? There are many variables in quad setup. Batteries do not fly themselves. I would appreciate useful response instead....

Thanks for your response anyway. I am grateful at least you took precious time to type it.

You are welcome. I would like to thank you for reading my replied post as well.

I respect your battery knowledge, and you are like a battery expert to me.
When you treat someone as an expert, you naturally have a little higher expectation from this person.
I need to manage my expectation better. I think battery is a major factor of flight time but I am no expert.
There is a chart somewhere that if you enter the key numbers of your quad, it will tell you the flight time.

Bros, can I add that I am using simonk firmware on the esc. How much difference does it make? Recently, a set of escs were sold in marketplace. Reason being it drew more amps in operation.

Naturally I need to reflect upon my expectations as well towards DH forum members. However, I am grateful for useful suggestions. Thanks for your calculation table suggestion. I will definitely use it.

                      Hi Elmosan

Maybe can try check on the settings in Naza application

                      1. Batt cal
                      2. Ur 1st n 2nd batt level warning

I hv a similar set up on Bumble bee. Running stock with 3S2P 3ah. Clock abt 9-10 mins after adjusting above.
End of flight, each cell measure approx 3.7v no load.

                      Hope it helps.
Please teach me how to fly....
