Have see few video from these FPSRussia guys, some are impressive.
But for this one I think its fake.
On the first mannequin shooting, notice the angle of the sand flying off the ground is different front the direction of the shooting.
Then is the shadow on the last part before he blows it up. When the drone is resting on the stand, the shadow direction does not match the guy's shadows cast direction.

Nice concept but this is a Computer Generated qaud. In short it's Fake
