Maybe Ill go there before 8AM and we can do what ever later. My battery order did not make it so I only have a few flights but I think meeting you guys is more important.

i just visited this place and took a photo

so much fewer trees than the Kallang MRT open field.
and a big carpark nearby too.

yes truck that's correct. I actually suggested this site before but no one replied to my post.. me and ricche has been using the site since december 2011. I think the best time to fly there is in the morning around 8-11am. Afternoon will be a bit difficult to fly since we'll be facing the sun..

House I would really love to fly Saturday. I havent touch my quads and I am desperate even to fly just the ARdrone with RC mod hehe. Archie (wireframan) is proposing a flying field near your original location. I am not sure if its ok but its near the indoor stadium. Not sure how the area would react if some of us would drop by there. here is the map

Yeah,i know the big field at amk industrial park 2.I've never flown there but it's a big place.Parking should be easy if you have your own vehicle and if anyone is taking public transport,the bus stop is just along the side of the field,i think there are buses coming from both YCK and AMK bus interchange along that routes.Some parts along the perimeter is fenced up but only lightly,i think i saw the land is under HDB.But i did see people playing soccer ocassionally on the field.Hope this helps

oh please...

from a 3 channel toy heli to a 4 channels hex.

very bold step so it comes with lots of flips and crashes.

just manage to hover slightly longer than a few minutes.

Ur welcome, Yes that's correct, but looks like it's a private lot. Hope to hear from the Ang Mo Kio qaud owners if we can gather and fly there. I know they know this place..
