Has any bros flown at Woodlands on a weekday? Will the school principal next door or NParks drop by to say "hello"? Going to have some free time next week, looking for places to fly as JW is a no no on weekdays.

hi, how come weekday can't fly at jurong west (i assume its the one next to corporation primary), that day i went for a recce at bout 4pm in the area, there's also the westwood secondary school by jalan bahar field there which we can fly, near to block 276, got 24hr kopitiam (toilet)...Originally posted by $h@d0wHas any bros flown at Woodlands on a weekday? There are very much less flying by the jets on weekends unless they are involved in exercises. Weekdays flying are out at JW, that's why I'm looking for other sites since I got some spare time next week.Originally posted by deadratComment

I've been flying `any day' of the week there. No probs at all.
But bear in mind its next to a sec. sch. Its a single session school, so if u r playing nitro, do it after 2pm when sch. session ends. We wouldn't wanna get a surprise visit from the principal or teachers. For electric, i guess not so noisy tho.

I beg to differ...helis from SBAB take off and circle quite closely to the field..they can come as close as 1500 ft...nitros and gliders are a stirt no no there...I guess small EPs are ok there
we have to be careful of joggers and kite fliers in the evening times too...TREX 500 ESP
