Was told by a friend that the crane that got hit by the turbine jet collapsed due to the impact of the crash. The jet fuel spilled out and caused a mini fire that damaged the crane.

As a result of that crash, the pilot got handcuffed by police.

Please be careful when flying your planes.

Sounds serious if handcuffs involved. And this if for knocking into a crane, where no one was hurt?

Hmm... if you whack somebody or get whacked in return, even until you have to seek hospital treatment, they'd probably just tell you it's a "civil" matter and you have to file your own complaint! Makes you think, doesn't it?

Turbine jet crash!!!

Tuas South Ave 14 is out of the question, ever since the recent turbine crash. Please avoid the area, it is under close monitoring

What happen at Tuas south Ave 14. I have not been there for quite a while? I thought a few years back, a turbine jet crash into a factory at another Tuas location. You mean this is another case!!!

Now Jalan Bahar (no fly zone) because of recent accidents too.
So many accidents so many field kena ban!
All flyers please fly safely and try not to show off your flying skills by flying your models so close to spectators at high speed or launch your flying machine when you are not in the clear. Think of other users when you are using the field.
