Flying site next to Punggol Park

Hi there, just to check with you'll guys did anyone try to fly at the above mention location? (Mainly for nitro)
Personally find that it was a good flying site for it.
Greatly appreciate with all the kind feedback as desperately looking for a place for nitro after Punggol has ban for flying due to some project. Thanks.

Enter the from Hougang Ave. 8 (Opp. Blk 401)
The field is opposite Serangoon Sec. School
