wich lipo is gd??? i heard from jet tat they coming in thunder power n they claim 2 b very gd.
however... i read an article in trex tuning n they advice 2 use 4s batt instead of 3s, is it necessary??? i m hungry 4 power!!! but is it really necessary 2 convert e rex into 4s???

Hi,
If you are using 450TH, 3S with 13T will give you a lot of power. 14T if you really want to go around 3000 rpm.
In general the three latest brand battery that is suppose to be good are : TP, PolyQuest and the latest Flightpower.

i juz wan to check if using a 11.1V on a 3200KV wif a 13T, wat will be the headspeed? i dun haf a tach to check it... need someone who have this motor to help... thnkx

You can use Align pinon. 450TH, I think jet is looking at bringing it in, not sure when.

Calculate the estimated HS

Lipo voltage = V = 11.1v
Motor Kv = Kv = 3000
RPM at max voltage = Kv/V = 3000x11.1 = 33300rpm
Main gear = Mt = 152T
Pinion gear = Pt = 11T
Gear Ratio = Mt/Pt = 152/11 = 13.8
Approx Max Head speed at full speed = 33300/13.8 = 2413 rpm
