Rotor Head Pins For TRex XL

Hi,

I encounter that 1 of the pin where the washout base slide came lose and almost drop out. If is not because of the swash plate located below to stop it, it already be missing.

I CA both pins to stop the pin from goin missing in future.

A check before every flight worth it.

In the instructions, it did state that you are suppose to CA them to the hub

Yup that AntiRotation pins tends to come of by itself in V2 or prior version. For the Rotor hub with 4 O rings, normally it is very very tight. U have to do a light hammer to push it all the way in. With that 4 O Rings hub (4 O Rings or HDE/CDE) it should not come out that easily. Even without CA, I can't take out my pins once I hammer it in.

As for your case, unless I see wrongly, according to your picture, it appears that your pins are very long. That means u didn't push/hammer it all the way in. Maybe that is why it came off by itself.
