Need help in T rex setting

I am using a optic6 mode 2
Heli fixed by fly to left not stable. Setting i think gone need to do balancing...
Anyone can help will bu many coffee for him.............

I think the coffee thingy only works for me....the others you may have to ask

I dunno if the optic 6 can change flight modes by programming...if can then I maybe able to set up for you...but I'm only available on tuesday
