Does micro-heli accessories compatible to each other?

parts like cabin, paddle, flybar, main gear set, etc..

HB accessories is cheaper than dragonfly's...

or does dragonfly's spare part is better and more durable hence the higher price?

Which dragonfly u refering to? GWS, Walkera or FEDA?

HB is from E-Sky and a clone from Walkera.

Most parts are interchangeable. But do lookout for the length n thickness of flybars, blades n tail boom.

I dont understand what do u mean by cabin? Do u mean the main frame or canopy? If u mean main frame, then they are different. Different heli have different servo mounting places.

Overall for microheli, its best u buy stock but diy the other stuffs. Once broken, it can be repaired or replaced by other non expensive parts. Flybar can be made from titanium bicycle spokes as shown to me by Tele. Its cheaper n better than the original flybar!!! For plastic blades, broken, juz CA it back n stick a layer of scotch tape will do. Do search the old threads contributed by the wonderful micro experts n diy kings. Search for posts by Fit, Tele and Microhelinut.

Thatz my little 2cents of advice.

Oops how can I forget SuperHornet also.

      FYI,

My previous FEDA, for flybar, I went to either NTC or SHS n bought the 2mm 2meters carbon rods n saw them to the correct length. I think its abt 16.xxcm in length. Its so much cheaper.

Innovation is the way to go!!!

Buy cheap, fly cheap. Thatz the motto for microhelis.

For battery tray, use phone card, atm card or credit card!!!

As shown to me by Fit previously.

For the stiffener on top of the blade supports, I remembered Tele used a Sony Memory Stick for it!!!

For canopy, download the paper models n fold it!!! Csisfun have done it before.

For tail boom, go to LHS n get the correct size carbon rods n cut to size. Aluminium rods also can!!!

These carbon rods can be for ur skids n supports also.

There is no need to go back n buy all these unless :

            1) u r a perfectionist and wants everything as it used to be.

            2) the parts r great hop ups for the heli.

Other than the above reason, dont waste ur money!!!

Oops LHS gona kill me if they see this post!!!

Blade Stiffener can also use Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

Tail boom can also use either round or square hard wooden stick.

Landing skids can also use cloth hanger metal or bicycle tyre titanium spokes.

Plz do checkout old post during that time when most of us is flying GWS Dragonfly.

how about weight diff? should i worry about dat? or the weight diff is negligible?

you know lah.. new stuff must sayang sayang one....
will dig the related threads later, once i got my dragonfly....

                  No problems mate!!!

As for weight, overall as long as its abt 300 - 400 grams, the brushed motor should not have any problems lifting it off the ground.

Some guys here will do anything to save weight !!! At this instance, it reminds me of Frank's Trex!!! U should check out the number of holes the poor Trex suffered!!!
