If you want an all-in-one toy-grade solution, can explore MJX birds with their add-on video camera attachment C4001 or C4003:
4-Channel Fixed Pitch Helicopter, MJX F45:
4-Channel Quad, MJX X200:
I mounted a cheapo keychain cam on my WLtoys V929 (mQX clone) but it didn't work as well as on the smaller V939 (Ladybird clone). The larger quad is more susceptible to sudden gusts of wind. Not sure if the X200 would experience this.
