Hi, if u could elaborate more about what happen to you heli during hover or startup? there might be lot of vibration like blade tracking etc. what is your setting on esc that u can get the headspeed etc.

I'm new in this hobby.. Bought the heli 2nd hand convert to FBL. send to Rotor for setup still hv the jitters whilst hovering.. Headspeed vrry slow..esc set up not very sure coz i'm novice.. Hp 90669654...like giving up

For FBL system, headspeed cannot be too slow else will likely to cause jitters. Try calibrate yr throttle to let the esc know the max & min throttle value 1st. I'm using Hobbywing 60A ESC and stock atom motor on a Atom 500 heli, my throttle curve for normal is 0,80,80,80,80 & 85,85,85,85,85 for idleup, I enable govenor on my ESC. Without govenor enabled, u can try 0,30,60,80,85 for normal then slowly increase or decrease the 3rd, 4th & 5th value and see if the jitter goes alway. Also make sure the driving freq in beastx for yr cyclic & tail servo is set to the correct speed.
