Trex450 Slant Main Gear 121T

Hi guys,

I'm thinking to change my Trex 450SE V2 with a new Slant 121T.
Currently, I'm using Main Gear 151T with 13T motor pinion and my motor is 430LX (3770Kv).
Will a new Main Gear 121T with 12T motor pinion will generate the same HeadSpeed and Power?
Anyone have tried this before?

hi,
well..I don't think u can get the same headspeed.
except motor's real spec..theoretically, ur current head speed is ard 3182RPM(430XL motor is 3700kv)
with main 121T, pinion 12T, u will get ard 3666RPM seems too much.
main 121T, pinion 11T = 3360RPM
main 121T, pinion 10T = 3054RPM

the gear designed for 3400kv motor. if ur motor is 3770kv as u said and use main 121T, pinion 12T..ur head speed will be 3736RPM.....
