    I Scared La...

My Trex is assembled and ready to fly. Is there anyone out these who would volunteer to have a look at it and see if it is properly trimmed to fly? I tried a few short hops and can now see that this thing is truly scary.

Any day and any time this week is fine. I can come to you, or you can come to me.

    Thanks.

Thanks to you both for your suggestion. Where, what, or who is the "Secret Chamber"?

                Dear All,

I am on Mode 2 as it's closer to what I am used to.

One of our DH forum members was really kind and came over to my house yesterday to set the heli up correctly. He did blade pitch, throttle and pitch curves and blade tracking. But he didn't fly it as he is used to Mode 3.

I was then able to pick the heli up into a hover but am still falling far far short of basic piloting standards. Luckily there weren't any FAA/JAR examiners hiding behing the bushes; they would have gleefully ripped my licenses into shreds of confetti!!

Mike, I'll give you a call today. Are you Mike from Rotor Hobby, or another Mike?
