    Futaba T8FG super

Hi, I was recommended to use the Futaba T8FG super Fasst. This TX is already programmed by the manufacturer to utilise up to 14 channels. However, the cost for an extra piece of RX easily cost over $100 per piece. I have also heard of the compatible brand Orange Fasst RX which is relatively cheap to work with Futaba TX.

Question 1 - How reliable is this Orange RX? Does anyone who had tried using this Orange RX encountered problems with the T8FG super?
Question 2 - What other Futaba models can this also be compatible?
Question 3 - What is the market price of the Orange RX?

    Thank you for your attention.

I have a couple of orange rx that I put on my cheaper planes. I using 12FG. My personal take is I won't use cheap rx or even servos on my more expensive models. You spent few hundreds or even thousand and to have cheap rx which is going to be your only link with the model, cheap planes or heli, maybe. Is like driving expensive sports car with 95 octane. This is my personal option.

So far I don't have problem with my orange rx.

        Orange RX stability...

Well, I've flown with Orange RX Satellites x 2 in 600sized 3GX system for more than 40 flights size of a football field with issues. Whilst having a standard Orange RX is not enough, adding a satellite to it increases pace range & redundancy. Standard receivers Spectrum do also burnout & lost control so I'm not surprised. For Orange, the price is a small fraction of the market branded ones.

When the initial tests re-link failed at ground examinations, observe & do not take off...
