HELP: MCPX settings on DSX9

Just got the MCPX however a bit confuse trying to set it on DSX9 tx.
On throttle setting, I followed the DX7 setup which consist of 5 throttle points but on DSX9 there are 7 throttle points points(L,1,2,3,4,5,H).Any assistance plse?Same thing for the pitch curve as well. Is it recommended to extend the links with 2 counter clockwise turns on all the 3 ball links to have a better positive pitch. Plse share some of your setups as well. Appreciate your kind advise.Thanx in advance.

Hi bro,

It's not too critical on heli of this size.. I just have 3 point setting.. the rest INH it..

I'm using a DSR 9Xii.. and I only set 3 point
Normal mode :
L==0
M==60
H==100

IU 1
L==100
M==80
H==100

IU 2
L==100
M==100
H==100

D/R= 100% Expo= +28%

Tail end point from 100 to 150..

Tail Mod.. lengthen the tail boom another 20mm..

Oh..

about the shortening of the link.. It's not for more + pitch..

Its for people who don't have (0) pitch at mid stick.. The default heli come with too much positive pitch..

check yours to see if it's too much and adjust from there to your liking..

On the other hand.. I suppose you could have more positive pitch if you want to.. but you'll be having less (-) pitch when you go inverted..

Thanx for the advise.With reference to lengthening the tail,how to do it?What effect does it have?Is this to hold the tail better & avoid blowing out?
When you mention having '0' pitch at mid throttle,in idle or normal mode?Thanx again.

(0) at mid stick in all mode..

the tail is a hollow 2mm CF rod.. yes.. it holds better..
