    AR7000 receiver light blinking

    hi guys,

I recently bought a spektrum module for my JR9Xii..It comes with AR7000 receiver with the satellite receiver..

I noticed that even after binding, the light on the receivers is still blinking..

I have to switch the tx ON and OFF about 2 times so that the light remains solid..

I have binded the receivers before installing the electronics on my heli and rebinded them again when I noticed the issue..

However, the issue is still the same..The lights blink but the servos and throttle respond perfectly well..

Is there anything else I should do?

    thanks a lot!

Blinking means there was a brown out.

Spektrum Support Answer : Thank you for your recent email.

This a quick reconnect feature. While flashing you should still have
control of the servos. This is an indicator that at some point during
your flight your receiver lost power. This event can also be recreated
when disconnecting and reconnecting the battery without turn off the
transmitter. If you have any further questions

so, is that something i need to worry about or is it ok since servos work fine?

i am sure the receiver didnt lose power since the batteries were fully charged and I also have a battery monitor on my heli..

      thks

It's best to know why this is happening. Brownouts can happen even if your battery is fully charged. It can also happen for a very short period of time without your batery monitor even knowing. I am not sure what electronics you are using to power your receiver. But it may be your bec/regulator may not have enough juice to power your electronics. Or one of servos/motor is faulty and drawing too much current. Best to find what what is wrong, else you
may face disaster in the air.
