Hmm..What can I say? Looking for a 90 size beater..

Own and flown a second hand TT Raptor 90 SE before. Never get to build one myself since it is second hand. Full blings..!! I like..!! Wonder if the new version Raptor 90 3D is better like the current 50 SE..??

Own,build and flown a Align Trex700. Fittings are nice only at the initial stage but after some times, parts start to come loose..Spares are abundant..relatively cheap 90 size compared to others..

I've owned my R90SE for 4 years.. 98% upgraded to TT original blings!

I've not built or flown the Trex700 but my thoughts on R90SE:-

What impresses me most is there's no slop developed at the head after all these years, unlike my other Trexes and even the R50SE. I used to get cheap original spares online but have not bought for some time already. On the negative side, it's heavier than other 90 size helis and I find the engine very hard to put back to proper alignment once taken out.

Today my engine simply refuses to start and I don't know why. When I took it apart, everything looks ok including the piston. Maybe it's time for a new engine?

I will support any heli with CCPM design...however the raptor 90 still looks damn good compared to the 700. Not to mention the elevator control design is genius

look at the alloy used for raptor!!!
and the hub is short and durable..
even after crashing for 3 times....the hub is never out alingment!!!!
