hopefully it is as simple as that well I also hope u can get the chance to test it out, the original Spartan cable is so expensive.... if someone can prove an alternative device is available... then good news....

must tell us if u really get the chance... i want to save some $$ too...

btw i did read that someone updated the pg-800 with spartan firmware till version 1.06(or something.. definitely not the new 2.0) using the spartan cable, until spartan implemented the security features on their software.. so i am hopeful hehe

Make sure the programming perimeter are compatible !

just saw, parameters are a complete match to what's accessible via the spartan software

however, i am a little worried since u mentioned it because spartan has changed their software loader software since verison 2.0...

I got the PG-800 from Skyhobby.... the data view cable is different... the cable has 4 wires instead of 3..... cannot plug into Spartan.....

I think GT90 cable is the same as PG-800....

ya bro... seems like mks480 is a bit fussy wz gyro selection... duhh.... cant get it to work properly wz my Pg800 too. same goes wz my LTG2100t.
