But what caught my eye was the 450pro !

I'm amazed they cloned everything, even the box... True, the value is good, but I can be bad for those setting out to buy the real t-rex 250...


I was thinking of getting a real t-rex 250 maybe from hobbythai in a few months time...but now I'm having second thoughts

Since you have both, do you mind how to spot the original one vs the fake one?

Btw I think the plastic boom clamp is actually better it will be compressed to firmly grip the boom as compared to a metal one

But that's just my theory...

Has anyone tried the Skya 250 spare parts yet? Those parts like main gear, main shaft, flybar, etc.......

Skya parts looks cheaper than others..... so I interested to know whether the part's quality is reasonable? Also, do they fit well in the original 250?

The parts will fit the original 250 except the landing skids. If you see my review, the landing skids is integrated with the bottom plate as one piece so you will have to remove your original bottom plate from your 250 to fit this in.

I would also recommend that you avoid their belt as the quality is not good. It tends to stretch after a couple of cycles.

Other than these 2, the rest is the same as the original in terms of size and quality.

Why not go down to their warehouse to take a look at the parts yourself before you decide to buy. Ken is a pretty flexible guy.
