Looks good ! ...if you're not a 3D monster or running mega digital servos, the internal BEC should be able to cope.

Heres my gears awaiting the arrival of the frame:
Cyclic servo: HK TP MG930 Digitals
              Tail servo : Align DS520
              Gyro : Align GP750
              Motor : HK Typhoon 500 -1700KV
              ESC : HW 60A
              Batt : Flightmax 2650amp 6S 20C

Hi Tony, thanks for the reply. I'd be interested to know how the Typhoon 500 motor performs. How many T pinion gear do you plan to use? Would the stock Align pinion be able to fit? You should have also ordered some of the fancyful 500 canopies on HK along with it.

I dun know why but i love the Align GP750 gyro more and more. This small gem holds great on my 500!

I'll start with the 12T provided with the HK500 kit, if HS not enough, then the 13T.

If both cannot, then bo pian, go R*T*R look for Align pinions.
Somehow, I've got a feeling it'll be 'overpowered' on 6s as the recommendation for the Typhoon 500 is for 4s ...we'll just have to wait and see.

                              Also found the following information.....

                              Parts.
                              Alloy side frames.
                              Alloy tail fin and stab.
                              Alloy tail boom.
Alloy main shaft. - will reserve judgement until flown.
                              Alloy motor mount.
                              Alloy tail servo mount
                              2 brass pinions 12t & 13t
                              Fibreglass main blades.
                              Fibreglass boom support rods
                              Plastic tail blades.
Plastic canopy (I've heard this described as milk jug plastic and agree)
Plastic servo mount blocks for single hole and double hole servos
Plastic main bearing blocks, receiver tray, lower frame spacer and battery tray.
                              Plastic one piece undercaridge.
Swash plate is half plastic (lower) and an alloy upper.
                              The rest is plastic.
All pivot points are ball raced and whilst the races are not the best I've seen, they're not the worst either.
Most of it seems well made (one or two exceptions will be covered in the relevant sections below).
