problem with swash percentage

swash @ -100%
radio dsx7
pitch curve 0-25-50-75-100
linkage rod 40mm as per manual
servo arm centered 90 degree

and i am getting +12 -12 for blade pitch with
100% SWASH PERCENTAGE!!!
i rem last time i can achieved that with just 75% swash percentage

any idea where can go wrong?

but seriously, bro alex, try resetting yr swash linkages and also yr swash mix. maybe can chk if its yr servo tts faulty????

different servos have different travels. r u using the same horn distance?
