my lama lifts off about 2 inches from the floor then sways and starts spinning as i throttle up. it happens when i increase throttle beyond the half mark. during the spin time i cannot get any higher. i have tried adgusting the gain and proportion on the 4in1 mix controller but no luck.it seems to decrease the spinning but the problem comes back once i throttle up again. it seems that my main rotor is running slower than the other.. what could be the problem?

yup, u r rite, 1 motor is turning slower than the other. This will cause the heli to spin. This should be cause by a dying motorOriginally posted by mano View Postthanks for your response
theres a buzzing sound when the spinning occurs
any way i can confirm that the dyding motor is the cause? or if the motor is dying?
U can use a multi meter or watever device u can find to measure both motor resistance n see if they r the same value.

I once had this problem also.... as for my case it was a problem with the shaft came loose... so after tighten it is flying fine again....Originally posted by GilaMonster View Postmaybe can also check main shaft....the plastic part (holding the blade) joining the metal shaft.
It happened to me once that it is loose and heli will start spinning at high trottle.
After so many years, I am still a beginner

Good for u Bro.......Originally posted by mano View Postthanks the response,
found out the main shaft was indeed loose, tightened it up and tried again.. no problem but a small crash brought the problem back so i tightend it again and had no issues so far. thanks again.. now gotta find new blades.
