Actually the TRIM feature acts like sub trims.

What i reckon you should do is set all your ATV's ( i think it's called EPA now) to 100%. SET your ptich and throttle curves to linear ( straight lines) from 0 to 100% ( full down to full up throttle)
Or simple go to a new model memory and start again.
Might be an idea to remove the motor pinion while your doing all this so that the motor may spool up but rotor head wont turn. You made need the motor connected in order to arm the ESC.
Then its a simple matter of setting up the mechanics to getting 0 degrees at mid stick , -10 at throttle closed and of course +10 at full throttle.
Good mechanical set up is the key to a good heli , irrespective of which TX you use.

    Good luck

PS its a good idea to download the finless bob vids to your local hard drive so you can use them as reference during set up.
I often re-watch them to remind myself when i'm doing set up.
