No choice, the skid came loose after taking off. Think left 1 screw in contact with the base only, the rest of the skid r actually hanging on by the antenna tube. Initially I wanted to catch it with my hand, but as a mode 1 flyer, I had some difficulties in catching the heli with the right hand, my right hand was in n out of my throttle stick. After stuggling for 1 min, I gave up n landed slowly to allow the heli to rest firmly on the skid before cutting throttle.
