Stupid Question

OK..here come a stupid question, but I got a bit confuse now myself.

When a instruction say to adjust the following:

Adjust the servo travel (ATV, Endpoint) for the rudder channel to +/- 60% (60% for the one side and 60% for the other side).

I have a bit of confusion with my Futaba 12FG radio, under end point have two setting for each left and right, one for "Limit" and another for "Travel".

So to set as the instruction above, do I adjust the "limit" or the "travel" or both?

I dont have a futaba 12FG but i think it is safe for you to either

1) travel 100% limit 60% <--- i would prefer to use this tho.
2) travel 60% limit 100%

i think both has the same effect..
